Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: November 29, 2025

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all rental agreements, vehicle bookings, and services provided by RoyalAuto LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle rentals and additional services between RoyalAuto and our customers. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing.

2. Contract Formation

A rental agreement is established once a booking confirmation is sent via email or when the vehicle is handed over. Reservations may be binding or non-binding depending on the selected rate.

3. Services

We offer rental vehicles in various categories including SUV, Sedan, Wagon, Convertible, and Van. The specific equipment, mileage policy, and insurance options depend on the selected rate.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

• All prices include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due before the rental period begins or according to the agreed rate.
• A security deposit can be provided via credit card or other accepted payment methods.
• Late returns will be charged per hour or per additional rental day according to the rate.

5. Renter's Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Handle the vehicle with care and comply with all traffic regulations,
• Not transfer the vehicle to third parties unless written permission is granted,
• Report any damage, accidents, or technical issues immediately,
• Return the vehicle on time at the agreed location.

6. Rental Period & Vehicle Return

The agreed rental period is binding. Early returns do not entitle the customer to a refund unless previously agreed. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The renter is liable for vehicle damage during the rental period — unless comprehensive insurance with or without deductible has been purchased.

Not covered are damages caused by gross negligence, incorrect fueling, off-road driving, or improper use.

8. Insurance

Standard rates include liability insurance. Additional options such as comprehensive coverage, theft protection, glass & tire protection can be added depending on the rate.

9. Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, customers consent to the processing of their data for contract fulfillment.

10. Damage & Accidents

• Damage must be reported immediately.
• In the event of an accident, the police must be notified regardless of fault.
• An accident report is mandatory.

11. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., "Full/Full" policy).

12. Mileage Policy

Depending on the rate, mileage may be limited or unlimited. Excess mileage will be charged according to the rate.

13. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. The exclusive jurisdiction is — to the extent legally permissible — New York, NY, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this website shall be binding.
